Hello! :)

I'm Richelle Anne de Castro Bartolome, normally called Chelle or Rich.
A 22-year old lady from Sta. Cruz, Manila who loves to express her randomness through her online journal. A Thomasian by heart. A counselor who loves to give advices but finds
it difficult to deal with her own miseries in love and life. An introvert, trying to live her life outside her box. And a hopeless romantic who would do
anything for her real prince charming. Ü Follow me?

Mixed Up.
May 27, 2010; 5:24 pm
I’m hating what I currently feeling. I hate it ’cause I don’t wanna feel it. I don’t wanna get hurt again and get shut out. I don’t want to be left alone again. But though I keep on denying it, I love him. And that sucks. I don’t want to lose everything we have. I don’t wan to lose him. Labels: 2010, inlove, thoughts
Injury.
Last April 4, 2010, I got into an accident in which my left knee bone was displaced. It happened in San Pedro, Laguna when we were about to go home from our Holy Week vacation. It happened inside the bus we’re supposed to be in and it took me almost an hour just to be able to be brought in the hospital. (I was brought there, not by an ambulance, but by a bus. LOL.) The injury was so painful that I had a hard time putting myself in the stretcher (since I should be the one helping myself move) and having myself ready for the x-ray needed. When I was in the emergency room of the hospital, I was attended by a surgeon who fixed my displaced patella. I was extremely begging for a pain reliever that time since the pain starts to consume my consciousness since I see my left leg turns to violet. After some minutes, I was given what I needed then the surgeon started to bring back my knee bone to it’s proper position. I was shocked because it was so fast and that he just pushed back my patella. I didn’t also feel any pain during that moment. After fixing my bone, my left leg was put into a cast. That was the first time I’ve experienced such an accident as well as being in an emergency room.
After a week, I was scheduled for a follow-up check up. The Orthopedic removed my cast and he told me to heal myself for a month then come back to him. After a month, he told me to let my knee heal for another 2 weeks then undergo physical therapy sessions. As of now, I already had 4 out of 9 sessions needed to get my knee strength back and to be able to walk normally like before.
This injury made my life stop for some time again and it made me feel more useless than before that’s why I’m so looking forward to being normal once again.

Unexpected Happiness.

There's this one guy who came unexpectedly in my life. He arrived when I was finally able to accept the reality of my past. Right timing, as it can be described. He made me feel that someone can still care for me and that someone can still appreciate me for what and who I am. He made me feel loved, wanted and especially, he made me feel happy in these times when I mostly needed it. It's been a year since I've last felt the same feeling and it really feels like I am the lucky girl in the world. I never did expect that this will come real soon and that it would be an answered prayer for me. I love him. And it really feels good to know that he does it too. I just wish that this would lead to a happy ending 'cause I really don't want to get hurt again. :) * Sorry for the immaturity and selfishness Jecs. I'll make it up to you, I swear. I love you so much. ^_^
My First Voting Experience.
My First Voting Experience.May 10, 2010
After four years of not being a registered voter, I've finally exercised my right to vote in the recently held National Elections. It was an unforgettable and an exciting moment for us, first time voters, becaus e it was also the first ever automated elections in the country.
My voting precinct was located in P. Gomez Elementary School here in Sta. Cruz, Manila where my parents have also been voting every elections. Since I was just a first time voter, I had a different precinct number from my parents and from the people in our Barangay. I waited for at least an hour before I was able to vote because of the slow flow of the people who were voting. In these elections, five to ten precincts were put in a cluster and almost 1,000 people were listed in just a single precinct which caused the slow movement of the process. I finished voting for about 5mins.and I was happy 'cause it was successful. It was good though our patience was tested by waiting for a longer time since the PCOS machines used were only limited as well as the teachers who served as the BEI.
Overall, my first election experience and the first ever automated elections in the Philippines was a success. Although only 75 percent of the registered voters did their part, I think, a credible elections still happened yesterday. I just hope that those who were elected will do their duties well so that this country will be able to stand up once again. :)
*Btw, I'm happy 'cause John Marvin C. Nieto won. At least in our precinct. LOL. Labels: 2010, first time, memories
